Welcome to Sam Kiss Fitness, where online personalized training is rooted in education, intention, and real results. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, and Parisi Speed Coach with a degree from Penn State University in Psychology and Nutrition. This background allows me to coach women with a well-rounded approach to fitness that considers both the physical and mental aspects of building strength and confidence.

I believe fitness is most effective when it’s practical, science-based, and tailored to the individual.
